These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SMS messaging service provided by Sainte Hair Salon ("we," "us," or "our").

1. SMS Service Description

We operate an SMS-based virtual receptionist service. When you call the salon, our automated receptionist can send you a one-time text message containing a link to book a hair salon appointment online. This service is provided as a convenience to our customers.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by calling Sainte Hair Salon at (801) 669-0659. When our virtual receptionist offers to text you a booking link and you agree, you consent to receive a one-time SMS from (385) 293-1609. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you call and request another link.

5. Message Frequency

Typically 1 message per inbound call. We do not send recurring or automated marketing messages.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

7. Service Availability

Our SMS service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for initial responses. Actual appointment scheduling is subject to stylist availability through our Square booking system.

8. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information via SMS, all pricing and availability provided through SMS are subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our SMS service is provided "as is." We are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages due to carrier issues or technical failures outside our control.

10. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support may vary.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
